NONCONSENSUAL TOUCHING - Attempting or actual touching and fondling (examples: touching of an unwilling person’s intimate parts defined as genitals, groin, breast, buttock, or clothing covering them) or coercing or forcing an unwilling person to touch another’s intimate parts.

EXHIBITIONISM - Attempting to or displaying naked intimate body parts to unwilling person, includes but is not limited to masturbation before an unwilling person.

NONCONSENSUAL PENETRATION, DIGITAL OR WITH AN INANIMATE OBJECT - Penetrating an unwilling person digitally or with inanimate object without consent, by force or coercion.

NONCONSENSUAL ORAL SEX - Attempting or forcing or coercing an unwilling person to perform oral sex or attempting to or performing oral sex on an unwilling person.

NONCONSENSUAL INTERCOURSE - Attempting to or engaging in vaginal or anal intercourse with an unwilling person without consent or by force or coercion.

NONCONSENSUAL CONFINEMENT OR RESTRAINT FOR SEXUAL PURPOSES - Confining or restraining a person against his/her will with the intent or threat of engaging in unwanted physical and/or sexual conduct.

NONCONSENSUAL SEXUAL ASSAULT OR ABUSE DUE TO INCAPACITATION - Engaging in sexual activity with a person who is unable to give reasonable consent due to incapacitation resulting from substance abuse, captivity, sleep, or disability.

INCEST - Illegal sexual contact involving a direct family member.

STATUTORY - Sexual contact with a person under the legal age of consent (Louisiana’s legal age).

Any communication, publication, or display that taken altogether appeals to the prurient interests in sex, portrays sexual literary, artistic, political or scientific value, all as judged according to the average person in the university community as obscene and/or indecent or inappropriate.
