Student Complaints

We are committed to the students of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Concerns and complaints of our students are important to us. If you are having an issue or concern with the University and have exhausted all attempts for a resolution, please contact the following vice president for further assistance and guidance:

If a complaint or concern is not resolved to the student’s satisfaction, even after meeting with the aforementioned vice president, please contact the President’s Office at (337) 482-6203. If the complaint or concern is still not resolved at the institution level to the student’s satisfaction, you may contact the Louisiana Board of Regents for further assistance. Please visit www.regents.la.gov/subhome/students for more information. We are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).  Please visit www.sacs.org for contact information.
