Dean of Students

Welcome students, family members, faculty and staff! The Office of the Dean of Students is here to help you take full advantage of the resources available to you at University of Louisiana at Lafayette. The Office of the Dean of Students is here to serve you, making your time with us a safe, enjoyable, and successful college experience. We are committed to a vision of diversity and inclusion that fosters the academic and personal growth of all students.

The Office strongly encourages you to actively participate in campus life by seeking out opportunities to be involved both in and out of the classroom. The University offers many academic and co-curricular programs and activities designed to enhance your learning experience.

We also provide support for a variety of student concerns, including illness, and death in the family, academic challenges, and other personal crisis. Students may seek assistance, advocacy, and support to assist in solving any issues.  We also work with many collaborative partners including academic departments and programs to create opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to integrate the learning that takes place inside and outside of the classroom.

The Dean of Students Office can help you work through many questions and concerns. Our number one priority is to make the student experience at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette a meaningful and beneficial one!
